"I am the president of a fee simple homeowner's association.
Our community is made up of 403 homes, including single-family
attached doubles, townhomes and single-family homes. Pinnacle is
primarily responsible for managing our property - which includes
not only repairs and landscaping of all properties, but also common
areas like the club house, pond area, pool, tennis and basketball
courts and tot lot. We chose Pinnacle after being managed by another
